1. Setting up a campaign
Create a free venue account, then publish a collab that describes exactly what you are offering and what you expect in return.
A collab usually includes:
The hosted package (for example two mains and two drinks) or a cash fee, or both.
The number of spots available and the days or times creators can visit.
The deliverables you require, such as one Reel, three stories or one in feed post.
The accounts, branch and location tag creators must include.
Any rules on reservation, dress code, filming areas or peak hours.
The clearer the collab, the better the applications. You can edit or close a collab at any time and add photos, or generate an image if you do not have one ready.
2. How influencers are selected and approved
Influencers apply to your collab, you are never matched automatically. You review each applicant's public profile, handle, follower count, platforms and recent content before deciding.
You can also work the other way round and browse the influencer directory yourself, then contact creators directly on WhatsApp and invite them to apply.
Nothing is confirmed until you accept an applicant. Approved creators then coordinate the visit date and the content plan with you directly.
3. Content deliverables
Deliverables are agreed between you and the creator, not dictated by the platform. That keeps you in control of what a collab is worth.
Common nightlife and lounge deliverables are one Reel plus two or three stories on the night, a tagged in feed post within 48 hours, or a story set with a location tag and a link sticker for bookings.
We recommend writing the following into the collab: format and quantity, posting deadline, the accounts and location to tag, whether a paid partnership or hosted label is required, and whether you may reuse the content on your own channels and for how long.
4. Pricing and commitment
There is no subscription, no package tiers, no per campaign fee and no minimum commitment. Posting collabs, browsing creators and contacting them is free for venues.
The only costs are the ones you decide: the hosted food and drink package and any cash fee you choose to offer. Many venues run hosted only collabs, and some add a cash fee for larger or more specialised creators.
You can post one collab, pause for a month and come back, with nothing to cancel.
5. Nightlife, lounge and lifestyle creators
The directory covers food, nightlife, lounge, lifestyle, beauty and fitness creators based in the UAE, and you can filter and sort by follower count, gender, recent activity and keyword.
The minimum to join as an influencer is 1,000 followers, so you will see everything from engaged micro creators up to larger accounts. Most nightlife and lounge collabs are filled by creators in the 5,000 to 100,000 range.
Every profile shows the public handle, follower count, platforms, content categories and when the creator was last active, so you can open their Instagram and judge audience fit, language mix and content quality yourself before inviting them. We do not claim to hold verified demographic panels for each creator, so for a nightlife venue we suggest asking shortlisted creators for a screenshot of their audience insights covering age, gender and top cities.
6. Quality control, no shows and non delivery
Profiles are reviewed by our team and accounts using fake handles, full URLs or clearly inactive profiles are cleaned up or removed. Creator activity is tracked, so you can see who is genuinely active.
Authenticity is still something you should sanity check yourself before accepting anyone: compare follower count with likes, views and comments, look for real comments rather than emoji only replies, check that the audience is commenting in a Dubai context, and look at whether recent posts are consistent rather than one viral spike.
If a creator does not turn up or does not deliver the agreed content, report it to us on WhatsApp with the collab details. We investigate and can warn, restrict or remove that creator from the platform. Because the agreement is directly between you and the creator, we cannot guarantee delivery or refund a hosted meal, so we recommend confirming the booking 24 hours ahead and holding any cash fee until the content is live.
7. Reporting and analytics
Fleek does not sit between you and the creator's account, so we cannot pull Instagram or TikTok metrics directly.
What we track on the platform: how many times your collab was viewed and how many times the WhatsApp apply button was clicked, plus the number and quality of applicants.
What to collect from each creator after the campaign: story and Reel views, reach, accounts reached that were not followers, saves, shares and profile taps, plus link or location sticker taps where relevant. Ask for screenshots of insights within seven days of posting, while the data is still available.
On your side, track covers, bookings that mention the creator and any promo code you issue per creator. A unique code or booking mention per creator is the most reliable way to connect content to revenue.
8. Coverage outside Dubai
The platform is Dubai focused today, and that is where the majority of creators are based. Many UAE creators travel across the Emirates, including Abu Dhabi, for hosted and paid collabs.
If you have a venue outside Dubai, you can list it as a separate venue with its own collabs and state the location clearly, including whether travel is covered. Expect a smaller pool than Dubai at launch, so plan a longer lead time and consider a small cash or travel contribution for opening week.
