1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FleekDubai, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. FleekDubai is a free platform connecting Dubai-based venues with influencers for collaborative marketing opportunities.

2. Eligibility Requirements

For Venues: Must operate a physical location in Dubai, UAE. Must provide accurate business information including valid contact details and social media handles.

For Influencers: Must be based in Dubai, UAE. Must have a minimum of 1,000 Instagram followers. Must maintain a public Instagram profile. Must be able to create and post required content.

3. Platform Usage & Public Information

FleekDubai serves as a connection platform only. Any collaboration agreement is made directly between the venue and the influencer. We are not a party to those agreements and do not guarantee the quality of offers or content created.

Information and details entered on the platform may be made public and visible to all parties. This includes venue details, collab descriptions, and influencer profile information. By using FleekDubai, you agree that your submitted details may be shared publicly to help venues and influencers find each other and maximise collaboration success.

Users must not misuse the platform for spam, fraudulent activities, or any illegal purposes. Accounts found in violation will be terminated immediately.

4. Content Requirements

Influencers agree to create content as specified in accepted offers, including minimum requirements of 1 Instagram post, 1 reel, and 2 stories. All content must tag the venue and include #FleekDubai. Content must be authentic and comply with Instagram's terms of service.

5. Venue Offers

Venues must honor all accepted offers as described. Offer details including food, drinks, minimum spend requirements, and availability must be accurate. Venues may limit the number of accepted applications.

6. Liability

FleekDubai is not liable for disputes between venues and influencers. We do not guarantee offer fulfillment, content quality, or any outcomes from collaborations. Users engage at their own risk.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent behavior. Users may delete their accounts at any time through their profile settings.

8. Changes to Terms

FleekDubai may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be communicated to users via email.
